Why don’t diets seem to work?

Going on" a diet is not the answer to losing weight. This is because the weight is soon regained after you "go off" your diet. If diets really worked, there wouldn't be so many of them! Instead, your usual eating and exercising patterns need to be changed so that your weight stays right for you

OBESITY IN CHILDREN

As Cameron Diaz strutted her stuff over the weekend in shorts (  she got the media abuzz about her great LEGS  She was wearing the shorts for filming the movie Bad Teacher, and everyone was amazed at how great the 37-year-old’s legs look. Her longtime trainer Teddy Bass said that the two of them do a mix of weight training and Pilates so that Cameron can keep a long and lean look. He said,
“That seems to be the best combination for women over 30,” he explains. “Women need weight — it’s great for building the butt. And elongation and smallness is tapped by doing Pilates.”

Her workout consists of a series of compound exercises to work those legs. She’ll do a step-up with reverse lunge, a squat with a curtsy, and side-reaching lunges with a side step. The combinations really work the upper thigh muscle and Teddy has Cameron hold 10 to 20-pound weights while doing the lunges. For their mat Pilates workout they make use of the reformer machine. Teddy explains why:

“I keep the workout as high-paced as possible because of time restraints. Generally, it has a cardio element.”

Teddy obviously knows what he’s talking about because she look fantastic!
