Why don’t diets seem to work?

Going on" a diet is not the answer to losing weight. This is because the weight is soon regained after you "go off" your diet. If diets really worked, there wouldn't be so many of them! Instead, your usual eating and exercising patterns need to be changed so that your weight stays right for you

OBESITY IN CHILDREN

Gwyneth Paltrow has given up her macrobiotic diet while she is away from her husband Chris Martin and their two children.
Gwyneth Paltrow is comfort eating.

The 37-year-old actress has given up her strict macrobiotic diet regime due to her long-distance relationship with Coldplay singer Chris Martin.

Sources on the set of her new movie ‘Love Don’t Let Me Down’, which is currently filming in Nashville, say she is finding separation from Chris and their children Apple, five, and Moses, three, difficult.

However, she is finding solace with her co-star Tim McGraw.

A source told the Daily Mail: “Gwyneth and Tim have become very close. He’s married and older than her, but he’s a good sounding board. In recent weeks her macrobiotic diet has gone out of the window.”

Gwyneth’s spokesperson said: “She has been back in Nashville for only two-and-a-half weeks – she was in London for a week before that.”

Recently the ‘Ironman’ star admitted she needed help to keep in shape, and thanked celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson for kicking her “formerly sagging a*s into shape”.
