26/10/09
The aim of Feng Shui is to balance the energies by controlling our surrounding and food we eat. Here are some points to keep in mind about healthy eating.
To develop more enthusiasm in your changing eating style, try sleeping with your head pointing south-east or east. Sleeping with the head pointing north-west will discipline helping you to stick to your diet programme. The southwest area of the room (preferably the bedroom and/or living room) is deemed to hold the strongest energy for love and passion. The rose quartz is a symbol of love and healing, so displaying it would help improve your relationships, and perhaps invite a new love into your life. Also effective is to hang a picture of a fox amid bright flowersÂ

The only fox picture I could find was this one. of Megan Fox it worked for me
Place bright green coloured items in the bedroom and plants and moving water features like an aquarium in the eastern area of your house to enhance the eastern Chi.
Kitchen garden is one of the most powerful way to invite the energy of earth into your environment. Even the smallest kitchen can keep a small pot of herbs like coriander, mint, lemon grass or curry patta on the windowsill. These bring vitality in your home
Purchase fresh ingredients as processed food has stagnant Chi. Keeping bowl of fresh fruit can attract positive Chi into your kitchen.
Balance your meat and vegetables intake and be sure your meals include fresh vegetables. Meat alone is too yang and leads to health problems.
If you eat lots of hot and spicy foods, you are eating more yang than yin. If you eat lots of food that is grown underground, you are having more yin food.
