Why don’t diets seem to work?

Going on" a diet is not the answer to losing weight. This is because the weight is soon regained after you "go off" your diet. If diets really worked, there wouldn't be so many of them! Instead, your usual eating and exercising patterns need to be changed so that your weight stays right for you

Another glorious day on the Gold Coast  today

A pleasant 29 degrees Celsius, a sea breeze and a metre of swell

I went for my beach walk early. just after sunrise .5-45am by 6-30 the beach was crowded, hundreds of walkers all doing there thing , walking keeping  fit,

And enjoying the beach. what a great way to start the day

I managed about 6 klm walking slowly in the shallows the water is really warm at about 26 deg  lovely

I added a few things to the site yesterday a bmi calculator to test body mass and fat tv  for a bit of fat humour it doesn’t hurt to laugh at one’s self

Now lets all remember  to start walking, to get fit and to get rid of that weight
